Bad Personal Branding Example 1:
You should only have 1 personal brand and not show different faces to different groups. An oldy -but-goody example of this is Spirit Airlines circa 2007. This CEO hit the reply all button and showed the outside world his other brand:
Please respond, Pasquale, but we owe him nothing as far as I’m concerned. Let him tell the world how bad we are. He’s never flown us before anyway and will be back when we save him a penny.”
